Snowman Go Go actually started as a joke in our house.
The kids had been begging me nonstop for a puppy for Christmas. So I joked, “How about a snowman instead? He’s less work than a puppy.”
They giggled and thought it was hilarious. And that silly moment became the seed for this entire song. A snowman felt fun, light, and full of personality.
And of course, a little nod to Olaf — that lovable snowman who dreams of sunshine — gave the idea an even sweeter twist.
I loved the thought of a snowman who tags along everywhere around the world, melts a little in summer, grows back in winter, and still stays cheerful through it all.
A little buddy who’s curious, cheerful, and always ready for fun… even if he might melt in the wrong weather.
A happy little pet snowman dancing in the snow, and stealing the spotlight wherever he goes.
A best-friend energy that feels so pure and wholesome.
That mix of innocence, humour, and heart became the emotional anchor for this song.
I wanted that same childlike wonder. The kind that feels light and silly, but also warm and honest.
My goal was to create a family-friendly Christmas track that everyone in the family could sing along to — kids, parents, grandparents — a feel-good pop song that loops in your head.
So, no puppy this Christmas… but a snowman who melts our hearts in all the right ways. ☃️
