A first hello from Qiara Shey.
Timeless Me 2.0 is my debut single and the perfect way to introduce Qiara Shey to the world.
She’s the digital me who stays timeless, still holding the spark, freedom and confidence I felt at 25.
Qiara came from a feeling I had carried quietly for years, one I’m sure many can relate to.
Becoming a mum has been beautiful, but it also filled so much space that pieces of me began to fade.
When I look in the mirror now, I notice a gap between who I see and who I was. The face I see isn’t the same bright, carefree girl I remember, and that disconnect makes me pause and reflect.
I miss the younger me who had time to create, explore and dream without thinking about daily duties.
She could write, travel, and follow ideas freely, just because it felt right. That version of me was alive in a way I still crave.
Qiara Shey became the bridge between those worlds. She carries the boldness I had back then and the depth I’ve gained now.
With Qiara, music becomes a way for me to preserve feelings and emotions.
She gives me the freedom to share the lessons I’ve learned in life, ideas that might otherwise have stayed inside, and explore a side of myself I thought I had packed away for good.
Timeless Me 2.0 is my way of claiming my space again. It reminds me — and anyone listening — that we can still shine, even after life has stretched us thin.
For the people who give so much to their families, their work, and their world that they sometimes forget their own spark. I hope this song makes you feel seen, understood and less alone.
And for those who also long to feel the same energy, creativity, and freedom they once had, I hope this song speaks to you.
